Moe Mays
Executive Director/Founder
After 30+ years as a firefighter and EMT, the Lord called Moe into full-time ministry where he served for 17 years as a minister in a local church. He also serves as a chaplain with a local police department and crisis response teams. God called Moe to ”Meet People Where They Are” and to minister to those in the community who are hurting, sick, dealing with death or trauma, or in need of pastoral services. Moe carries endorsements by the Baptist General Convention of Texas and International Conference of Police Chaplains. Moe has been married to his wife, Sherry, for 44 years. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

keith bedar
President of the Board
Keith Bedar is an Accounting Manager at a local Law Firm, and has been a professional accountant for over two decades. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. Keith has been married for over 20 years and has two teenage children. Keith accepted Christ as an adult in 2004 and serves on multiple Christian Worship Ministry Teams, as a Youth Ministry Leader, and with Men's Ministry. He is passionate about serving the Lord in any way He calls and particularly in discipling young men to develop into Godly husbands and fathers.

Christine Turner

Christine Turner has served the women in her community and local church through Women's Ministries for 20 years. For 9 years, Christine has worked together with Moe Mays for project planning, budgeting and providing ministry support. Christine currently runs an IT Support Services and Consulting business, which she has owned for the past 23 years.

Lynette Esquivel
Secretary of the Board
Lynette Esquivel is a retired banker and security officer. She served in that capacity for 25 years and also has 37 years experience in the financial field. Lynette has served the ladies in her church and surrounding communities through women’s ministry for over twenty years. She also enjoys volunteering in her church’s children’s ministry. Additionally, Lynette volunteers her time working with the Yet program where she serves
as a mentor to children in a local school district.

John Landers
Board Member
John Landers is CFO of a law firm headquartered in Houston with offices in NYC and LA. John earned a BBA with a concentration in Accounting from Texas State University. He is a CPA in Texas. Prior to his current position, he worked in Public Accounting for 34 years retiring as a Tax Partner from BDO USA. He served for 6 years on BDO-Texas’ predecessor firm, UHY LLP International’s Executive Committee having been elected to 3 consecutive terms by his fellow partners. He was a founding Shareholder and Board Member of Texan Bank, N.A. serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and on various Committees for 11 years prior to its sale to Home Bank, N.A. He was also a founding Board member of the Friendswood ISD Education Foundation. In addition, John was a founding member of Antioch Houston Community Church, serving on its Finance Team for 10 years. John was ordained as Deacon alongside Moe Mays at First Baptist Church Friendswood in 1997. John and his wife of 36 years, Nona, served there teaching Sunday School to youth for 17 years. John considers Moe Mays one of the most influential men in his life, and he is honored to serve in PCS with him. John and Nona are currently members of Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. They have four grown children and two grandchildren.

Board Member
Rick Pitman is a SVP of Safety in the industrial sector. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at 13 years old and was baptized on Mother’s Day 1980 at First Baptist Church Friendswood. He has served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher and on various teams and committees for over 25 years. Rick lives in Friendswood with his wife Angie. They have three children and three grandchildren.

Ron Stafford
Board Member
Ron Stafford was born in Charleston, South Carolina where he attended the Citadel and later joined the US Air Force. After his discharge from the Air Force, Ron attended seminary in Springfield, Missouri. For the last 46 years, Ron has served as a minister in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and as a missionary in Colombia, South America from 2005 to the present. Ron has been married to his wife, Debbie, for 52 years. They have three adult children and two grandchildren.

Mark Ciavaglia
Advisor to the Board
Mark Ciavaglia earned a degree in accounting from University of Houston before pursuing his law degree at South Texas College of Law. He currently practices law in his hometown of Texas City. Mark is a director of the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Rotary Club; the chairman of the Economic Development Corporation; the chairman of the governing board of NCA-Clear Lake Regional Medical Center and a member of his church’s ministry team. He is the past president of the Jaycees, the Noon Optimist Club, the Centennial Celebration’s community outreach committee, Crime Stoppers, the census committee, the community college’s bond advisory committee and the Texas City ISD Education Foundation (an organization he helped found). Mark and his wife, Sharon, have three children.

Mason mays
Advisor to the Board - Communications
Mason graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. Mason has worked in technical sales at AWC, Inc. for 14 years and is currently the Regional Sales Manager for the Texas Gulf Coast. He and his wife, Melissa, have three boys.

Melissa Tittle
Advisor to the Board - Creative & Social Media
Melissa graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Art. She taught in Clear Creek ISD for 8 years and has been a small business owner for 10+ years. She is a part-time freelance graphic designer, volunteers with the PTA, and is passionate about serving in her church's VBS every year. Melissa and her husband, James, have two children.
